On Tuesday, August 18, 2020, Charles Anthony Sparks was called home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Charles was born December 15, 1986 and was raised in a loving home by his father, Mr. Sheddrick and Mrs. Gina Augson. He received his primary education in Norfolk, Virginia at Chesterfield Academy. After entering Ruffner Academy, he began to shape himself into a well-rounded young man. Shortly after developing who he was he began to enjoy Lake Taylor High School, where he graduated. As he began to explore the area where he lived, he joined the Young Player Football team from Grandy Village. Charles worked hard in the Norfolk area. The Norfolk Assembly Ford Plant was just one of his many jobs he held. Charles had a love for the seniors, so he found his way at Harbor Point Nursing Home, then changed his surroundings and went to Consulate Health Care. Charles wanted bigger things, so he tried out for a position at DePaul Hospital, where he received the job and was currently working there hard as a supervisor. Charles was a family man, he loved his family, each and every one of them. His family can only say good things about him and the way he made them laugh. Charles (Sparks) had a heart of gold and if he was your friend, he would always give you a new name of his choice (LOL). If you knew Sparks as we did, you knew he loved his music.
