April 20, 1941 - August 20, 2020On August 20, 2020 in the early morning hours at Obici Hospital, God sent his angels to bring our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother to his heavenly home. Lanxcene Wiggins (Hank) was born April 20, 1941 in Portsmouth, VA to the late Lee and Viola Wiggins. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Carolyn Veal-Wiggins; his devoted sidekick, Roscoe the dog; three sons, Michael L.
